A
pensioner has been rushed to hospital after a crash in Sandiacre between a
parked car and and a lorry. A woman in her seventies was walking near the
parked car when she was injured. A Police spokeswoman confirmed the
woman had suffered head injuries and was taken to the Queen's Medical Centre, but she
is not thought to be seriously injured.
The
collision occurred on Wednesday 29th January at 2.30pm in Station Road,
Sandiacre. Police attended the scene but the road was not closed.
